LTIMindtree is Hiring a Linux System Administrator Near Bellevue, WA

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expert in Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux environment
  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Monitor the health of the Linux servers through both automated and manual processes
  • Design, develop, and implement infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools through scripts such as BASH or Python script
  • Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades
  • Perform Patching activity through automated and manual process.
  • Knowledge on VMware added advantage.
  • Need to implement services like NFS, Bonding, Multipathing.
  • Develop tools to help increase functionality and efficiency of available infrastructure
  • Maintain software repositories and apply software updates
  • Maintain documentation for Standard operating procedures, configurations, and programs.
  • Provide 24x7 production support with defined SLA.
  • Flexible to extend shifts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, Plan & Implement upgrades/patching, handle planned and adhoc activities as per ITSM.
  • Expert in ServiceNow, required tools installation and environment monitoring.
  • Participate and support all activities as role demands.
  • Handle security vulnerability fix and remediate time to time, coordinate with product vendor.
  • Propose, Plan and implement service/process improvements and automations.
