Job Title: Product Business Systems Analyst (with Healthcare experience)

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - Onsite)

Must Have:

• Understanding of Healthcare IT with an emphasis on government sponsored managed care Health Plan and provider network operations
• Familiarity with CMS and State Medicaid bodies
• Experience in designing solutions and leading business products
• Able to work equally well with both business and IT leaders to build solutions drive consensus and collaboratively lead to a solution
• Skill to build High level Business Executive Documentation and succinct presentation of new solutions and ideas

Nice to Have:

• CSPO Certification
• Clinical Nursing Informatics experience is a plus
• Direct clinical or provider support experience is a plus
