Job Title: Product Owner

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Onsite)

Primary Skills (Must have):

• 6 - 7 years strong experience as a Product Owner.
• 6 – 7 years Insurance Domain Knowledge experience.
• Ability to write queries and analyze Policy Claims data.
• Data Analytics Reporting experience.
• Adept in stakeholder management working directly with Business and scrum team single handedly.
• Extensive experience in swiftly understanding and writing stories in detail.
• Driving requirements calls meeting Business expectations and getting the deliverable completed on time.
• Partners with Business IT in define and management of scope with each release.

Secondary Skills – (Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY):

• Familiar with Agile software development methodologies

Soft Skills:

• As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
