Job Description:Senior Program Management experience including Program planning monitoring and control risk mitigation ticket support management
Marketing Operations experience a plus
Excellent communication and experience in presenting ideas status to Senior Customer leadership
Have a strategic bent of mind to suggest process improvements with use of modern technology esp Gen AI
Work Items management using tools such as Azure Devops and team coordination issues resolution
Good EQ and maturity to understand the customer pulse and plan ahead in the program
