LTK USA is Hiring a Brand Activation Specialist Near Dallas, TX

Position Title: Brand Activation Specialist 

About the role:

As a Brand Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering fast, accurate assistance to brands onboarding onto the LTK Brand Platform and our affiliate network partners, ensuring accuracy with the technical onboarding process.

You will be expected to troubleshoot brand issues, answer operational questions and support and diagnose semi-technical issues to help our clients optimize their technical performance on our network. You will be expected to ensure all financial transactions related to onboarding are verified, and migrate brands to different affiliate networks at the brands’ request. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and be a strong self-starter. The candidate should possess a strong eye toward detail to ensure that the onboarding process is complete, the critical thinking skills necessary to find solutions to client issues, and also have strong emotional intelligence to be able to manage and serve brands effectively to assure onboarding and migrations are as simplified and frictionless as possible.

  • Manage integrations for new brand partners on the LTK Platform and affiliate network platforms, validating that onboarding is complete from start to finish, learning the onboarding process and stepping in to help with onboarding tasks, as needed
  • Migrate brands from one affiliate network to another, at their request
  • Verify/reconcile all financial transactions to ensure alignment between LTK systems and our payment processor
  • Support in monitoring brand commission rates, cookie windows, deactivations, and ensuring programs meet qualification criterias

How you will make an impact

Ensure that technical integrations have been completed for all brand partners, including validation that all of the following have been completed:

  • Ensuring accuracy of onboarding and technical integration and migration process 
  • Educating brands and internal teams on workflows and answering questions
  • Report on weekly progress for technical integrations and migrations
  • Reconcile/verify all financial transactions align between LTK systems and our payment processor
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to assist in onboarding potential brand partners 
  • Optimize existing client relationships 
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to understand LTK technology
  • Assist on key projects to increase efficiency of new and existing processes
  • Provide support to team members to increase efficiency and productivity

What you will bring to LTK

  • 1-2 years work experience in client management, SaaS customer support, or digital/affiliate marketing including the following responsibilities:
  • Communicating semi-technical concepts to lay people
  • Troubleshooting issues for clients
  • Working with deadlines and/or SLAs
  • Understanding of digital and affiliate marketing
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, management tools and reporting
  • Experience working with Affiliate Networks 
  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing system
  • Experience with Netsuite or Hubspot
  • Understanding of influencer marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Empathetic and solution oriented
  • Adept at finding creative solutions to technical and non-technical problems
