Exceptional Residential Care Home (Group Home) seeking an outstanding professional LPN team player who is positive, smiles, and willing to go "above and beyond" assisting six women currently ages 54-96 in their cares while also providing socializing, meals, and light housekeeping responsibilities. This is a "one of a kind" opportunity and you will NOT be disappointed if you are the lucky LPN to land this position!

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with ambulation and transfers of patients
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nursing staff
• Assist with behavioral health interventions and support for patients with mental health conditions
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, vacuuming, organizing, sanitizing, restocking supplies, cleaning bathrooms
• Prepare easy meals from a planned menu (sometimes residents likes to help where they are able; larger meal is served at lunchtime)
• Supervise residents while they help set table, perform sitting exercises and say grace
• Administer meds
• Serve meal
• Clean up dining area/kitchen
• Assist residents with bedtime cares
• Document electronically using rtasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
