Shared Services Specialist

Reports To: Director of Accounting and Administration

Summary: The Shared Services Specialist position includes a wide range of responsibilities related to accounting projects, maintaining the ERP and facilitative issues. Other responsibilities will include assisting staff members when needed. This position is located in our Harrison, AR location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support across multiple teams
• Perform general administrative tasks for office
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of AP/AR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Attention to detail is a necessity.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with all departments and all levels of management.
