Stellenbeschreibung:
Wir suchen einen dynamischen und motivierten Assistant Store Manager, der unser Team in München verstärkt. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über umfassende Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, exzellente Führungsqualitäten und eine Leidenschaft für hervorragenden Kundenservice. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend für die Unterstützung des Store Managers in allen Aspekten der Filialbetriebe und gewährleistet höchste Leistungsstandards und Kundenzufriedenheit.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Unterstützung des Store Managers bei den täglichen Abläufen und der Verwaltung der Filiale.
- Beaufsichtigung, Schulung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter, um Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu bieten.
- Sicherstellung eines optimalen Bestandsmanagements und Aufrechterhaltung der visuellen Merchandising-Standards.
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Bereitstellung von Produktinformationen und effiziente Lösung von Problemen.
- Unterstützung von Verkaufs- und Werbeaktivitäten zur Steigerung der Filialleistung.
Qualifikationen:
- Vorherige Erfahrung in einer Einzelhandelsmanagementrolle, idealerweise im Luxussegment.
- Starke Führungs- und Teamfähigkeiten.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
- Kenntnisse im Bestandsmanagement und visuellen Merchandising.
- Leidenschaft für Mode und ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details.
- Fähigkeit, flexible Arbeitszeiten, einschließlich Wochenenden und Feiertagen, zu arbeiten.
- Muttersprachliche oder zweisprachige Deutschkenntnisse.
- Professionelle Englischkenntnisse.
