- Assist and support the Food Service Director with daily operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills required
- Responsible for hiring, scheduling and monitoring payroll within the department
- Versatileleadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
- Oversee inventory and ordering for the department.
- Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.
- Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.
- Assist in resident meal tickets. Meal Tracker experience a PLUS
- Performs other job-related duties.
