Position Overview
As an Technical Operations Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the success of our installations and ongoing maintenance processes. You will be working with a dockerized tech stack running on Ubuntu primarily, with applications including Next.js, Node.js, C# .NET, redis, SQLite3, and Elixir. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, customer interaction skills, and collaborative troubleshooting abilities.

Previous experience in operations or technical support roles is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
