Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist in the area of Robotics and Mechatronics to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills addressing both hardware and software issues affecting the performance of our robotic products. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success, satisfaction, and adoption of our products by delivering value through our AI solutions.
As a Customer Success Specialist, You Will

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships. Some evening and weekend coverage may be needed.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization, ensuring their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electromechanical and software issues affecting the performance of our robotic products.
• Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Occasionally travel to provide advanced customer support.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the robotics or mechatronics industry.
• Personal or professional experience working with electromechanical equipment, electronics, advanced hardware or robotics. Preferably prior remote support of robotics or sophisticated machines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electromechanical and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate advanced concepts to a diverse customer base.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
• College degree or equivalent combination of 2-4 years education/work experience in a related industry.
