Job OverviewWe're looking for a Tech Director with 7-10 years of pharma/wellness agency experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for technology project portfolio bridging multiple client books and teams.While partnerning with team/agency leadership to identify, foster, and facilitate process refinements based on industry best practices.
ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates strategic and analytical skills in execution and decision-making
  • Responsible for technology project portfolio bridging multiple client books and teams
  • Estimates workload for projects and advises on appropriate milestone and priorities of tasks.
  • Reviews and approves estimates, timelines, and resource plans for assigned teams
  • Communicates in layman’s terms to the rest of the team/client; advises of technical and other constraints around client requests
  • Looks at the bigger picture and anticipates needs and next steps, identifies potential issues and raising flags or making decisions as appropriate
  • Articulate and polished presentation skills
  • Can set up development environments, source code repositories, and databases.
  • Can assist with development or troubleshooting at a UI Engineer level
  • Can vet proposed project architecture with an eye to long-term client needs, environment, and scalability
QualificationsJob Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in business or technology preferredRequired: 7-10 years minimum experience working in a fast-paced interactive environment
  • Required: Experience in a technical leadership position exhibiting strategic vision, management skills, and a drive for delivery of objectives
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment a plus
