Lucid Motors is Hiring a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Automation & Integration Architect Near Newark, CA

The Enterprise Automation Leader and Integration Architect will drive the strategic direction and execution of automation and integration initiatives across the organization using Workato as the primary tool. This role focuses on leveraging advanced technologies to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workato, automation tools, and integration technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Additionally, this role includes managing a team of integration engineers, ensuring their development and success.

You Will: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive automation and integration strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify automation and integration opportunities across the enterprise and prioritize projects based on impact and feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of automation and integration solutions using Workato.
  • Ensure the successful integration of automation tools and platforms with existing systems and processes.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of automation and integration initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the automation and integration program.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for automation and integration tools and services.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new automation technologies and processes.
  • Design and implement integration solutions that connect diverse systems and applications within the enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and ensure team resolves integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation and integration solutions and processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of integration engineers, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Set clear performance goals for the team and monitor progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.

You Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide automation and integration initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of automation and integration tools and technologies, specifically Workato.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation.
  • Proven experience in people management, including leading and developing a team of engineers.

Preferred:

  • Certification in Workato automation and any integration technologies.
  • Experience in a similar role within a large enterprise.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for automation and digital transformation.
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms and services.
