The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role is integral to maintaining smooth office operations through a diverse range of clerical, administrative, and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Extends a warm welcome to visitors and clients, providing clear directions and assistance.
  • Skillfully answers with a high level of customer service and transfers phone calls, exercising discretion in screening when necessary.
  • Distribute tax returns and other relevant documents to clients, potentially requiring in-person meetings to ensure proper handling and understanding.
  • Coordinates office supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock of supplies and snacks, and maintaining an organized supply area.
  • Conducts light office maintenance tasks including a keeping a pristine front desk area, ensuring a high-end, immaculate environment.
  • Responds promptly to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Demonstrates a proactive approach to addressing concerns and providing information.
  • Undertakes other related duties as assigned and anticipates the needs of the department.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrates superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality with a strong focus on customer service.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in an office setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
