Job Title: Caregiver
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you may be responsible for assisting with limited personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, help with laundry while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to clients based on their individual needs
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Support clients with mobility issues and transfers
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home care or related field
- Knowledge for documenting client care
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of the principles of home care services
