TasksAs the Aircraft and Warehouse Handling Manager you will perform the following duties:
Management of all A/C and WH handling processes at the stations in the geographical area in compliance with all relevant directives
Achievement of financial and non-financial handling KPIs, including performance analysis and definition of corrective action in case of deviations
Responsibility for organizing and opening new stations in the geographical area according to related LCAG standard
Manages, encourages, guides and evaluates his/her team members, this includes agency staff contracted by LCAG
Manages all warehouse and aircraft handling affairs
Responsible for the highest possible standards of cleanliness, efficiency, health and safety
Ensures cross skills achievement within the team
Observance of relevant compliance directives by the handling team
All other duties assigned or delegated

RequirementsIf you want to be the next Aircraft and Warehouse Handling Manager you must fulfill the following requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree desirable
Min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the logistics or airline industry
Adequate knowledge of LH Cargo’s processes and organization. Alternatively, good knowledge of comparable international airline/ logistics industry structures
Fluenct in English language required
German desirable language
Advanced professional operations know how and skills in an airline or logistics environment required
MS office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint as user
Responsibility of budget: costs & revenue
