Lufthansa Technik North America Holding Corp. is Hiring a Customer service specialist Near Miami, FL

Your main tasks include, among others :

Clarify incoming customer technical inquiries for Lufthansa Technik’s Cabin Management & Inflight Entertainment System.

Implement, coordinate and ensure in-depth engineering services as part of product life support

  • Troubleshoot & technically support Lufthansa Technik’s Cabin Management & Inflight Entertainment System for customers in North America directly at customer location or worldwide via telephone hotline and / or via aircraft remote sessions
  • Coordinate business aircraft modification packages with the customer as well as measures relevant to individual commercial invoicing
  • Develop general and individualized customer trainings for Lufthansa Technik’s Cabin Management & Inflight Entertainment System.

Implement trainings locally at customer location

All other duties as assigned or required

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements :

  • College degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service with focus on customer interface
  • Min. 2 years of experience and in-depth expert engineering knowledge with Lufthansa Technik’s Cabin Management & Inflight Entertainment System
  • Fluency in English and German language required
  • Knowledge in Aviation MRO Industry, Business Aircraft Aviation, Business Development, Finance, Customer Service required
  • Ethernet technologies (CISCO) and networks, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, CRM user level required
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
