- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and Marketing duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Director and Marketing Director
- Update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel
- Reconciliation of benefits
- Compiling new employee references
- Creation and tracking attorney individual marketing needs
- Coordinate attorney photo shoots
- Assist in proofreading and management content including bio updates
- Analysis and research of articles for blogs and speaking engagements
- Assist in submission of tracking and media/public relations
- Willingness to become proficient with firm tools and systems currently in place
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in IMANAGE, Canva or Photoshop a plus
- Strong computer skills a MUST
- Detail oriented
- Self-Starter
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
