Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our classic car shop. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our companies.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Payroll and related filings
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Quickbooks Desktop accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Duties Include:
Account Payables, Account Receivables, Auto Pays, Credit Card Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, Budget Prep, 1099s, 941s, Monthly Financial Reporting, Year End Income Tax Prep, Bank Feeds. Work with CPA as needed.
We use Quickbooks Desktop for all our accounting including payroll and merchant services.
Wage negotiable dependent on skill set, qualifications and experience.
