- Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare Systems (CAVHS) campuses located at 4300West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 and 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114
- Full Time (52 Weeks)
- Education: Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- Accreditation: Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- Licensure: Possess a current and unrestricted license to practice Registered Nurse in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Cardiac Certifications: Must have the following hands-on certification by a provider recognized by the American Heart Association
- Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience: Must have a minimum of one-year experience in specialty area within the last three years (Specialty Care – ICU/PACU/Cath Lab/Bronch, Emergency Department, Oncology (Chemo Certified), CLC, Med Surg)
- U.S. Citizenship: Shall be a U.S. citizen.
- English Language Requirement: Shall be able to read, write, speak and understand English well enough to effectively communicate with all patients and other health care providers.
- Physical Capability: Shall be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time and physically capable of performing all services required under the contract.
- 8-Hour Tour: Day 0730 -1600/Evening 1530 – 2400/Night 2330 – 0800 -Include weekends and holidays
- 12-Hour Tour: Day 0700 -1930/ Night 1900-0730PM -Include weekends and holidays
