Luke’s Lobster Seafood Company Seeks Production Leads
Our seafood processing facility in Saco, Maine is looking to grow and develop the Production team for our upcoming Lobster Season in May.
Luke's Lobster Seafood Company was founded in 2012 to meet our growing restaurant group’s - Luke's Lobster - increasing demand for the highest quality seafood. As such, we are the primary supplier of traceable, sustainable seafood for all Luke's Lobster shacks while also supplying product to the highest-rated seafood restaurants, wholesalers, and markets worldwide. We are a SQF Level 3 food safety certified seafood-company and recently became the highest scoring B Corp restaurant group and seafood company in North America.
This is a Lead level position within the Production team, primarily responsible for training and directing their designated production team. The ideal candidate will work well with a team, be highly motivated, and have some experience in either Seafood and/or Manufacturing. As a member of the Production team, this role reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
