Instructional Designer/Developer

Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education	High school education required Bachelor degree preferred NITC Graduate Active Secret Clearance
Experience Required	Experience designing NETC Courses and writing curriculum documents in accordance with standards contained in the NAVEDTRA 130 series Manuals Knowledge, Skills, and Experience that have prepared one to write the course content and be a Subject Matter Expert of the Missions Command Fundamentals Course

Job Objective

Design and develop the curriculum for a four-week course of instruction that contains Instructor-led coursework and Socratic discussion; guest speakers/content providers; daily case studies/analysis; and a capstone wargame.

Responsibilities

Design the Mission Command Fundamentals Course using the methods outlined in Navy Educational Training (NAVEDTRA) Manuals.

Education & Certification

High school education required
Bachelor degree preferred
NITC Graduate
Active Secret Clearance
