Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education	High school education required Bachelor degree preferred A Contract instructor shall have completed one of the following forms of training: Military service Instructor Training Course (ITC) Instructor training via an academic institution Academic credentialing (such as teacher or professor) Active Secret Clearance
Experience Required	Knowledge, Skills, and Experience that have prepared one to write the course content and be a Subject Matter Expert of the Missions Command Fundamentals Course

Job Objective

The Contractor shall instruct/facilitate the four-week course of instruction, with eight hours of instruction per day, utilizing the developed materials. The maximum expected student class size is 20 students

Responsibilities

Instruct/facilitate up to four iterations of the four-week Mission Command Fundamental Course per year with the first pilot course occurring in October/November 2024, with the specific dates of the remaining courses identified at least 60-90 days in advance.

Education & Certification

High school education required
Bachelor degree preferred
NITC Graduate
Active Secret Clearance
