**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the store manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support the store manager in overseeing daily operations

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper merchandising

- Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff

- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust pricing strategies

- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the hiring process

- Assist with budgeting and financial planning

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in Assistant Manager or similar role

- Knowledge of store management practices

- Ability to handle shift management effectively

- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reports

- Experience in grocery store operations is a plus

- Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills

- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions
