Responsibilities of being a Busser for LuLu’s:
- Removes dishes, utensils, glassware and paper products from tables and dining areas. Delivers dishes and utensils to dishwasher for cleaning. Empties food and paper waste to trash
- Sweeps around and under each table/chair upon guest departure. Mop when necessary
- Empties trash receptacles in dining, break and beach areas
- Removes trash and debris from beach area on a regular basis
- Cleans doors, walls, base boards, etc. High & low dusts on a regular basis
- Ensures tools (buss tubes, towels, brooms, dust pans, mops, etc) are clean before and after use
- This is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities.
