(This role is hybrid, 3 days in office & 2 days remote. The person needs to be located or willing to relocate to Seattle.)

About this team
The Global Architecture group at lululemon is responsible for driving technical strategies, innovation, architecture, and data that support every aspect of our rapidly scaling global business. You will work in a matrixed environment alongside peers in business, product, engineering, program, – among other disciplines – to collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading strategic technology and architecture solutions aligned to business goals and objectives. In addition to your primary team, project, or portfolio you will be supported by a diverse Architecture Community, which provides learning and governance resources to all architects and will help you build a strong and robust practice of leadership grounded in technical proficiency, innovative thinking and empathy.
A day in the life:
It’s exciting times at lululemon and we are having a great time delivering value to our guests throughout all of our channels. As the Sr. Technology Manager - Architecture Operations, you will lead Global Architecture Operations team and foster a broader vibrant architect community. You will collaborate with our architects for lululemon’s future state architecture, technology standards, and business capability maps. You will partner with leaders in Business, Product, Engineering, Program, Architecture, to manage our Multi-Year Technology strategic roadmaps. You will oversee a team and play a leadership role within Global Architecture and influence in broader organizations.

Compensation and Benefits Package:
For Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $166,200-$218,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
