We are seeking a skilled Consultant/Analyst to join our team in the County of Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses, supporting the project team with data collection, and assisting in report writing and presenting findings. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure that all analytical reports, data summaries, and recommendations are aligned with the project objectives.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support project objectives.
• Collect and organize relevant data for project use.
• Prepare and present reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the project team to assist in the decision-making process.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet the project's quality standards.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the last 10 calendar years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in benefits consulting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
