We are seeking an experienced and technical hands-on Sr. Software Engineering Manager to be part of a growing team.

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid schedule 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

• Offer strategic guidance and technical oversight throughout the development and execution phases of software solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of software engineers, QA's, and Architects building a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Effectively Manage offshore resources
• Mentor and develop team members, guiding technical skills, career growth, and agile methodologies
• Implement and optimize agile development processes to maximize team efficiency and product delivery.
• Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of highly configurable and extensible SaaS applications.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives, focusing on delivering value to our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years as a Manager/Sr. Manager of Engineering leading and guiding technical teams
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based, single, and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Hands-on experience in Azure SQL, C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and RESTFUL and SOAP API's.
• Experience running fully agile teams, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering results.
