Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with exceptional attendance, time management skills, and a strong focus on phone-based customer interactions.
This role requires handling customer inquiries and support duties over the phone for approximately 8 hours daily.
While prior experience in billing and collections is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
Candidates should have basic Excel skills for data management and reporting.
In person role – Owings Mills, MD – 40 hours a week.
