Job Description:

• 40% Provides executive leadership with a platform to articulate organizational goals, foster transparency, and align with the Company’s vision.
• Works closely with business divisions to understand opportunities and priorities to provide strategic oversight and direction of various communications needs which may be anticipated or unplanned.
• 30% Leads the development and amplification of strategic communications, including but not limited to tactical printed marketing materials, digital communications, presentations, thought leadership, talking points, and more.
• 20% Works collaboratively with senior leadership to prepare them for high-stake engagements and strengthen their everyday communications.
• 10% Leverages analytics to determine the effectiveness and seek continual improvements in communications engagement.
