Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Location: New York City/New Jersey

As we expand our market presence, we seek a dynamic and experienced FoLix Aesthetic Sales Manager to join our team!

This position requires travel of 50% or less, driving and/or flying throughout assigned territory.

Job Responsibility:

  • As a FoLix Sales Manager (Aesthetic sales) at Lumenis, you drive business-to-business (B2B) sales of our FoLix product. You play a crucial role in expanding sales, building a pipeline for new business opportunities, and effectively promoting our product.
  • Gain deep knowledge of the FoLix product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to the specific needs of each business client.
  • Develops quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time in assigned territory.
  • Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression, conduct on-site visits, and cold calling.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities.

Qualification required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales or outside capital device sales.
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • A valid driver's license.
