We are looking for a Director of Sales Engineering with power generation experience for a leading energy company in Florida who are working with power generation, energy storage, OEMs, and utility companies nationwide. We are tripling our generating capacity in the next 3 years and are investing $30 million into new facilities and equipment.

This role is onsite 5 days per week and involves 40-50% travel.

We are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years' professional chemical, nuclear, civil, electrical (or similar) engineering experience
• Strong technical experience in the power/utility industry
• Recent client-facing experience in a commercial, sales or program management role
• 5-6 years total professional working experience (inc. engineering AND sales experience)
• Experience developing proposal plans and doing contract negotiation
• Someone willing to travel 40-50% both domestically, and internationally to South America

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

We are offering:

• $150-$200k base salary depending on experience
• Commission (estimated between 100-200k depending on performance)
