The Role

As an integral part of our Learning and Development team in the US, you'll be instrumental in developing the future of our Recruitment Sales Teams across five bustling offices. You will have the opportunity to nurture talent, drive growth, and unleash potential like never before.

What You'll Do

• Deliver our Induction Training Program to new recruitment consultants joining the business.
• Empower our recruitment consultants through engaging training sessions tailored to their needs.
• Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders to identify and bridge skill gaps within our teams.
• Deep dive into our recruitment systems, providing comprehensive training across various applications.
• Stay ahead of the curve, incorporating the latest training methodologies to keep our sales teams at the forefront of innovation.
• Ensure all training activity is tracked and logged onto our learning management system.
• Be the driving force behind our mission to elevate the sales performance of Lumicity.

What You Bring
