What Will You Do:

As a Construction Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our Zero-Injury Safety Program to maintain a safe working environment.
• Providing site and building layout to guide construction activities effectively.
• Coordinating the shop drawing and submittal review process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting built-in quality using our three-phase quality control process.
• Helping to coordinate and support scheduled construction activities to meet project milestones.
• Expediting building components and materials to maintain project schedule.
• Coordinating the change order management process efficiently.
• Providing document control and generating necessary reports for project management.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as required to support project success.

What You Will Need:

• 1-3 years of construction experience, which may include internships or co-op positions.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours as necessary to meet project deadlines and requirements.
