Position Objective:
- Manage planning, implementation, and execution of capital projects.
- Oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Job Duties:
- Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet performance goals.
- Provide project management support, including planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments, contractors, and vendors.
- Track budgets, expenses, schedules, and resources for assigned projects.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Five (5) years of experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software.
Preferred License/Certifications:
- American Hospital Association (AHA) Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) or equivalent.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
