• Material Handling: Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products. Move materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy. Report discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack materials and products according to orders or requisitions. Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for loading.

• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and regulations when handling materials and operating equipment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar role in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Good physical condition; ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for handling materials.
