• Process maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Contact and coordinate service contractors for necessary repairs
• Perform minor manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, etc.)
• Issue key fobs to building staff, per work order requests
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Inspect equipment/systems regularly for proper functioning and safety
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Unplugging, replacing and repairing of toilet issues
• HVAC- changing filters and minor repairs/cleaning, adjust temperatures as needed
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Make raving fans of Cloud Cleaning by providing exceptional service.

• Able to work 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday (6 hours per day)
• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Ability to proactively communicate with clients, contractors and employer
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 25 lbs
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
• Willingness to undergo background and drug screens
