Luminox Dental is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Fort Worth, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting. This is a great place for you to start a career in the dental field, with opportunity to advance.

Current hours are Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9am-3pm with plans to expand.

Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office staff
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record-keeping

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus

- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and dental office procedures, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Assist in flipping rooms when needed
