As a Customer Support Representative (CTR) at Tevera, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members and providing exceptional technical assistance. We're seeking curious investigators, problem solvers, and empathetic listeners to join our Care Team. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role is remote and open to candidates in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently filter, route, and respond to member requests, ensuring clear and grammatically correct communication.
- Provide members and stakeholders with concise instructions and support on the Tevera product.
- Follow up on tickets when members don't respond.
- Conduct live video chat sessions to assist Tevera users with real-time support.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to identify, test, and resolve software issues.
- Participate in software QA testing.
- Assist Product Coaches and Success Managers in addressing product-related challenges.
- Gain in-depth knowledge about program admins at universities and act as a liaison between the Care Team and Success Managers.
- Familiarize yourself with assigned program admins' databases and setups, working closely with Success Managers.
- Serve as the point of contact for student, supervisor, and faculty tickets received by all CTRs and the program itself.
- Actively contribute to the prevention and deflection of tickets by becoming an expert in all product features/areas.
- Contribute to internal and member-facing knowledge bases.
- Identify ticket trends and suggest potential product enhancements.
- Generate content for frequently asked questions from students, site supervisors, and faculty.
- Take immediate action on potential compliance issues.
- Stay vigilant for ticket trends and account risk factors.
- Collaborate with Success Managers to identify root causes of issues and mitigate potential account risks.
- Escalate necessary issues and concerns to Compliance, Success Managers, Implementation Coaches, or other team members.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable providing live user support on camera.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and task-switching skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a drive to meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in using computers and a quick learner of new technologies.
- Ability to express compassion and empathy towards others and their problems.

- Prior experience providing online customer support via chat or live video.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce Support Ticketing System.
