We are currently seeking an experienced IT Program Manager for a long-term contract in support of a client within the public sector. This is position will be in a hybrid work setting with 2 days worked onsite in Austin, TX. If selected, you will be in charge of a specific project (or projects) within the client's organization, overseeing resource allocations, work plans and schedules for some of the client team's initiatives. This initiatives may include, but not be limited to, the following areas:

• Collaborating with management/executive leadership on initiatives related to Cloud Analytics.
• Resolution and closeout of project management documents and deliverables in compliance with Project Delivery Framework directives.
• Overseeing / expanding the client's data integration post-production confirmation with other organizations.
• Working seamlessly and smoothly with various IT and business stakeholder areas to ensure that project deliverables are compliant with state, federal, and other applicable agency standards.
• Confirming delivery of initial roadmap for projects in coordination with third party vendor and all divisions of client and federal government stakeholders.
• Establishing timeline and resource requirements for successful support of the analytics and reporting platform. Coordination with key stakeholders and sponsors to obtain approval of resources and timeline.
• Creation of project management deliverables necessary for this project.
• Management of the day-to-day operations and scrums of various projects, and oversight and coordination team established for this initiative.
• Risk identification and coordination of resolution with project leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 yrs. IT project management experience.
• 8 yrs. experience in the information technology industry with at least 5 years of experience involvement in data management solutions (i.e., data warehouses, data lakes, etc.), data analytics/business intelligence, web-based (J2EE) development, or SOA-related projects.
• 8 yrs. experience with the complete project management lifecycle (PMLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• 8 yrs. experience tracking full project budget and entering actual costs in project tracking tool
• 8 yrs. experience leading project sprints using Agile methodologies, including planning increments, backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums and retrospective, and Kanban.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 yrs. experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• 6 yrs. experience experience within the public sector.
• 1 yr. experience managing migration of PIERS reporting and analytics.
• Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master.
