Overview: This position is responsible for daily production and packaging of product produced in assigned areas through accurate planning and scheduling. Duties include assisting in weekly production schedules, inventory control, and quality assurance. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting in hiring, training, and developing staff while maintaining a hospitable, courteous, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Day in the Life:

Location: Primarily in various assembly lines.

What to Expect: We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, efficient, and sanitary manufacturing environment in order to produce quality products for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe assembly and operation of equipment as well as planning, implementing, and maintaining labor schedules. In addition, you will have the opportunity to ensure safety and sanitation policies and department presentation and quality expectations are met.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates have prior food-related continuous flow systems and supervisor experience in addition to the ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment while completing tasks promptly and carefully.
