We are looking for a Thai Chef / Cook who can prepare Thai food in new restaurant in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Must have big restaurant experience, with experience training and instructing kitchen staff. Must be able to work under pressure and be able to control the quantity and quality of food. Must be able to correctly and safely use standard kitchen equipment. Track record of strong work ethic, high sense of responsibility, positive attitude, dependable, ability to communicate effectively and good teamwork. Must have more than 3-years of experience working as a chef within a Thai Restaurant / Knowledge of Thai Food.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Thai dishes.

- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Thai Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Attention to detail and creativity in food preparation and presentation
