About the Role:

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our Recruiting Managers to build a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates and match them with their perfect roles. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with several Recruiting Managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop lists of target candidates for Recruiting Managers to call based on industry research.
• Generate detailed progress reports on pipeline development to provide clients with transparent updates.
• Participate in intake calls to gather essential information on client needs and preferences.
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.

• Must have the ability to uncover data, skill in research and creativity in finding information
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced, work hard/play hard environment
• Previous talent sourcing/recruiting/research experience preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR technologies (Bullhorn and Talentlink knowledge a plus!)
• Bachelor's degree required
