Job Overview:
We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers a base pay of $18/hr plus commission.
Duties:
- Engage with potential customers through warm calling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to connect with prospective clients
- Conduct outbound calls to physician offices within designated territories
- Close additional sales of products and services
- Process incoming sales orders and maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Address any practice-related issues or concerns promptly
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives to support field activities
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and address customer requests
- Utilize CRM systems to track calls, sales, and customer interactions
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, software, or technology sales
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques
- Proficiency in customer service practices
This is a full-time position with potential earnings ranging from $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. In addition to the base pay and commission structure, we offer benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, as well as short/long-term disability options.
