About the Role:

This position is responsible for the activities related to sales operations, therefore one must have the ability to juggle multiple projects at once and have a high level of detail orientation. At least 1 year of professional experience in an office environment is required.

The ideal candidate is one who knows how to prioritize, can demonstrate effective time management and have a knack to “figure things out”. They are an excellent communicator with a strong desire to help clients, both internal and external.

This role is in-office, full-time role.

You will work closely with Sales Associates to service their clients including:

  • Coordinate and schedule training and coaching sessions.
  • Create and administer assessment tools and enablement technology for clients.
  • Management of CRM (Information, reporting, tracking).
  • Provide real-time support to clients.
  • Assist behind the scenes with the onboarding and rollout of new clients.
  • Act as the office liaison for all parties.
  • Interface with local vendors and ensure supplies are stocked.

Compensation:

  • $40,000 to $55,000 salary based on experience.
  • 3% 401K match.
