Purpose : Give high level support to customers before, during and after the sale by providing presales information and support activities, processing orders and providing training virtually as needed.

• Assist in pre and post Demo follow up as needed.
• Prepare quotations as required.
• Process orders and provide confirmation, tracking and invoices to the customer.
• Create and follow up on Cases, RMA’s and Loaners.
• Assist Sales in processing new leads and updating information in CRM as needed.
• Create Sales and marketing reports when required.
• Assist with Trade Show planning.
• Prepare customer documents as needed.
• Keep up to date on Lutech Industry products and accessories.
• Conduct customer training virtually on product use.
• Provide customer support by answering calls and emails.
• Other tasks as required by Management

Knowledge :

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required.
• MS Office; Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.
• ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP.
• CRM Software such as HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Order fulfillment.
• Sales Cycle.
