**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
-Preparing minutes from Board of Directors Meetings
- Handling Resident's requests
**Qualifications:**
- Proficient in Microsoft - Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping
- Experience with Canva a plus
