**POSITION SUMMARY:** We are looking for Home Care Aides to work various shifts to provide low-level, in-home care and related services to help maintain the independent functioning of older adults and disabled individuals in their homes in Pierce County, WA.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:** To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
* Must pass background check(s).
* Must have reliable automobile with the ability to drive to any location within Pierce County.
* Must have a valid driver license and auto insurance.
* Must have valid credentials, including: Home Care Aide Certificate, Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
* Must maintain licensure and ongoing Continuing Education (CE) training/requirements as established by Washington State Law.
* Must have flexible availability to work a variety of scheduled shifts. This includes some weekends and holidays, depending on the clients needs.
* Must be available to work at least 20 hours a week.
