- The Driver assists staff in picking up and delivering donations and transporting clients to and from office for business. This program requires an experienced driver to actively transport clients and refugees to various services on an as needed basis.
- Assist staff in picking up and delivering donations.
- Transporting clients from and to various locations for business.
- Complete (pre-defined) transportation loop each day to meet client needs.
- Transport clients to medical appointments as needed.
- Ensure that all office and client record security procedures are followed.
- Maintain a positive, respectful demeanor in all contacts with staff and the public.
- Work to build positive, productive relationships with other staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to be flexible, willing to travel around Omaha area, ability to drive passenger van.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment.
- Valid NE Driver’s license, proof of insurance and ability to drive on organization business.
- Ability to organize and schedule effectively.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Regular and predictable attendance, and promptness for work.
