A. Job Description

Custodian position working hours 7pm to 3am Monday through Friday. This is a full time job with Benefits.

B. Qualifications

Applicants must be able to handle the tasks of a school janitor. Be able to learn to operate floor cleaning machines. At least 2 years of custodial work experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to work alongside other custodians from an outside cleaning company.

C. Responsibilities

The following duties fall under the jurisdiction of Third Shift Custodian at Lutheran West.

• Clean and maintain Athletic areas including but limited to gyms, locker rooms , hallways and weight room.
• Assist and oversee an outside custodial company.
• Communicate daily with the Custodial Supervisor
• Communicate any maintenance issues with the Vice Principal of Facilities.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and custodial janitorial closet
• Be on call to assist event supervisors during school events.
• Be able to work in and around crowds at school events
